15-year-old girl commits suicide in Srinagar

Srinagar: A 15-year-old girl committed suicide by hanging herself to death in Bemina area of Srinagar city this morning.

Hospital sources told that a minor girl was brought in SMHS Hospital Srinagar where doctors declared her brought dead. The girl was found hanging in her room when her parents saw her and shifted to hospital.

The deceased girl (name withheld) is the daughter of one Gulzar Ahmed of Mansoor Colony Bemina.

Police have taken the cognizance of the incident.(KNT)
